Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality to join our team. Responsibilities: - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing a warm welcome upon arrival - Check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and efficiently - Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as needed Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is a plus - Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service - Knowledge of guest services and hospitality industry standards - Multilingual skills are advantageous - Experience with night audit procedures is beneficial We offer competitive pay and benefits packages, including opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
